Why did you choose that name & number?  My husband thinks I have several personalities and I like Twisted Sister, so he gave me my Derby name. My #999 is when I met my husband, he was celebrating his birthday, September 1999.

Positions Played:
Blocker, sometimes Pivot and Jammer

What is your real life job?
I’m a Quality Engineering Supervisor.

When did you start your roller derby journey and/or when did you join CCD?
I started the FreshMeat program in February 2014, in El Paso. I joined CCD on July 2017.

What's your favorite thing about playing roller derby?
My favorite thing is to play a contact sport, the camaraderie, the trips and meeting other strong athletes that also love the sport.

What other roles do you hold in the league?

What else do you enjoy doing besides skating? Any hobbies or interests?
I love to watch live Mexican professional Lucha Libre (Wrestling).

What is the biggest/best thing you've learned by being part of Crossroads City Derby?
I’ve learned different techniques that have made us a better overall team, as is evident in our ranking.
