Procedural GuidelinesProcedural guidelines are the “unspoken, unwritten” rules that have directed the flow of CCD. These guidelines are not set in stone and have evolved over the course of our existence. These guidelines should serve as a manual for the running of various procedures throughout the season. The bylaws should ALWAYS be consulted when in doubt.
