We’re now officially one step closer to becoming a member of the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association!
“The WFTDA Apprentice Program is designed to serve as a steppingstone to full WFTDA membership, to ensure that leagues are well prepared to transition to full WFTDA membership. This group of leagues continues the association’s international growth, with the first apprentice members in Denmark and Norway, and our second league in Asia, as well as additional leagues in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and North America.”
What does this mean for CCD? Once we are full WFTDA members, we will have the opportunity to compete with the best roller derby athletes in the country and someday, the world!
